Sticky Sweet Grilled Wings
1kg chicken wing pieces
2 tablespoons Stubb’s® BBQ Rub
1/4 cup Stubb’s® Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Toss wings with Stubb’s BBQ Rub in a large bowl or large resealable plastic bag until completely coated.
Grill wings over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature of 74°C), turning frequently to prevent burning.
Mix Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce and melted butter in a large bowl. Add cooked wings; toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
Oven Directions: Prepare wings as directed. Arrange in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 218°C oven 35 minutes or until cooked through and skin is crispy. Continue with Step 3.
